Returns and Cancellations
We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is flawed. Please return the unfinished portion of the flawed bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked or flawed. In addition, we are also unable to accept the return of wine damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine ordered in error. Please send an email to email@example.com to arrange for the return of a corked or flawed product.
If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund, including shipping. Please contact us at (540) 407-1236 or firstname.lastname@example.org for return instructions.
