Shipping and Delivery

You must be 21 years of age or older to order and receive wine from Revalation Vineyards. All shipments containing alcoholic beverages display an “Adult Signature Required” sticker, and the common carrier is required to check identification upon delivery. You will need to be present at the time of delivery.

We only recommend shipping when the weather is in the “goldilocks” zone: not too hot, and not too cold. However, when your order is shipped, we will not be responsible for the condition of your wine when it arrives, even if we ship in the safest times of spring and autumn.

At present, we ship directly to Virginia, the District of Columbia, North Carolina, and Florida. If you would like a shipment to one of these locations or a delivery to DC or VA, please proceed to our online store.

We use the services of a third-party vendor for other states where it is legal to ship. If you want to ship our wines to states not included in the list below, please follow this link.

We are prohibited by law from shipping to the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Kentucky, Mississippi, Rhode Island and Utah. The ABC requirements for New Jersey, Connecticut, Montana and Michigan are too costly for our small farm winery.

Shipping is via UPS ground and we will provide the shipping rates at the time of ordering.

Three attempts at delivery will be made. Revalation Vineyards is not responsible if the recipient misses the third delivery attempt. If your order is returned by UPS and you request a re-shipment, it is your responsibility to pay for the additional shipping and the return fee. If, at that point, you wish to cancel the order, a refund for the order minus the shipping and return fees will be credited to your credit card.

If you are shipping wine as a gift, please communicate with the recipient that they have a package coming. Some people will refuse a shipment if they are not expecting it.

If your bottles are damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so we can figure out how the product was damaged and find the appropriate resolution. Revalation Vineyards is not responsible for damages once the package leaves our premises. We will attempt to open a claim on your behalf with the carrier and advise you of the outcome.

Revalation Vineyards reserves the right to revise our Shipping and Delivery Policy without notice.
